How to Add a Survey Using Survio

1. Please register at survio.com and create a survey. In the Collect Responses tab, click on Survey in the content.

2. Copy the code.

3. Enter the code into your website as an HTML code.

4. Publish the changes.

Tip: With Survio, you are able to create your own surveys or choose from a collection of survey templates. Survio's system can also provide you with analyses of your results.
