Quick Tip: How to Add A Business to Google Maps

Google Maps is a free web mapping service that lets you find the location you need when you provide information such as country, city, address and even companies. If you add your business to Google Maps, it will appear in a prominent position in Google search results. The services of your company will be featured extensively and you will attract more customers!

To put your business on Google Maps, first access the Google Maps page. If you already have a Google account, log in. Otherwise, create an account.

After registering, click on the left “put your business on Google Maps”. Google will ask you to fill out a form to create a business listing that will appear in Google Maps. Fill in all fields for best results.

Choose the category of your business, opening hours, etc. This information is valuable to your customers, so complete all the steps.

In the next window, add pictures or videos. We strongly recommend you load some pictures to give greater visibility to your business.

Finally, Google requires a form of contact to validate your listing in Google Maps. Choose one of these options: phone, SMS or postcard! Whichever option you choose, Google will send you a password for logging in and validating your account.
