Tac-Caghqi F.C This team was officially founded on the 6th September 2009, after over ten years of friendship and mini football matches. The team members met each other at the M.U.S.E.U.M which is sited in the area called tac-Caghqi which is from where the team name originated. At first the team name was Neo F.C with the word neo meaning new in Latin. The team agreed that this team will not remain new forever and so the team’s name changed into Tac-Caghqi F.C dedicated to the place where they first met.The oldest team member is Jeffrey Ferriggi (Jeff) and the youngest is Patrick Schembri (it-Trizzu). The other team members are Abraham Azzoppardi (Bramu), Brandon Sacco (is-Sacco), Luke Micallef (il-Bugarra) and James Borg (il-Jimmy). The only problem for this team was that there was no goal keeper, but later in their first week as a team Frederick Attard (Fritz) joined them.This is how these seven ‘Rabtin’ formed this team and they feel that Tac-Caghqi F.C is ready for all…

24th October 2009, 8pm, kicked off the 7th match of tac-Caghqi F.C. opposing Hobz biz-Zejt. Tac-Caghqi went back home with an 8-7 win. Tac-Caghqi F.C. played their fifth match resulting in a 11-3 loss. This team already conceded another similar loss but at least it was fairly played.
