Go to the domain management page in WebNode. It is under ‘Premium services and Domains’ in the administration page.

Assign your domain and follow the instructions carefully.

Your domain name provider/domain name registrar should supply you with a link to their domain management page that allows you to control these domain settings.

If you find that their domain management page does not allow you to change these settings then request changes by forwarding the WebNode instructions to them by email. They should then make the changes for you. If not, then phone them. Get them to walk you through their DNS management and get them to check that you have made the changes correctly.

Technically there is nothing we can do about your domain name settings if we are not the domain name provider. How these settings are changed is entirely up to the domain name provider. The settings we provide on the instruction page are sufficient for domain assignment. There are many doma

I followed the instructions to the "t" but now I see "Domain Not Verified". Does that mean I need to wait for someone or something to verify? If so, how long?

I have been trying to get help from the support, forums, emails for the last 5 days and not one person has gotten back to me. This is really bad service. All I need help with is the correct DNS settings for my site and they can't even get back to me on that. I tried to purchase the upgrade and that won't even work. How to I get a response from them and do you have any other contact details for them.
