proper way to get support is via the "Support" button in administration - especially for premium users. This forum is not intended for support inquiries - our support department focuses on solving them through regular channels mentioned above. Main focus here is on community support or exchanging tips and know-how between users. Forums are currently being modified to suit this needs. Standard reply time for premium support users is less then 24 hours.

- 2010-02-17 10:09:18What a load of BS...The regular channels are non responsive and I have been trying to get help on my DNS settings for the last 5 days. I have emailed and did the online support but just get the dumb ass messages that someone will contact me. Who. When...I need answers. if this is what the service is like, why would I upgrade and besides, its not like you can upgrade when the damn page wont even load.
Please try and get back to me and lets see this service you talk about.

- 2009-07-02 09:15:27Is there a regular support person for this forum? I have counted so far 25 support post requesting help, dated back months ago that was never answered.... that's a little far fetched, especially when you paying for a service... People are basically begging for help and they're questions are still unanswered. I am realllllly skeptical about upgrading to premium; especially since I'm not very "web design savvy". I know I will have lot's of questions, but... I don't know....
