why delete my post? it did not fix my website.

- 2009-09-02 15:21:30they did not delete my post. but they did not fix my website either. why lose out on 10 websites a year business, that revenue. makes no sense.

- 2009-09-03 05:56:39maybe you must be more patient! They can't fix any problem in a second. I also had some troubles but in max two days they solved my problem.

- 2009-09-04 14:51:40i run two other webnode sites without issues. i tried various templates... both appear as white blank pages.
it is now day 5 and i have heard no response yet from them... site is still down and i am out $500 until they fix it before i can collect payment from the veterinarian.
do you have a phone number? i cannot find it anywhere.

- 2009-09-08 15:03:54they finally fixed it. took 8 days. i just wish they would respond, give you a heads up then fix it. rather than saying its fixed after 8 days of no responses and probably me annoying them.
