I do not have a tool bar with a layout option. Do I need to do a tool bar upgrade.

I edited my page and after publising it..My home page changed to JUST ONE column.Previously there was 3 colums.I want to get back to 3 columns.Or page doesn't look too good.Can someone help me please...Thank you
